Getting Started: How can I monitor progress of my onboarding process?

Start by logging into your Simplici account.

Look for an option “Sessions" under “Onboarding” on the navigation sidebar and click on it.

Within the Sessions, you should see a list of current onboarding flows being done by individuals who are in the onboarding process. Click on any particular session to view their specific progress.

In each session, you'll find information about their current status in the onboarding process. This may include steps completed, documents submitted, any pending action and the activity logs.

If the process is not completed then Simplici provides an option to re-invite them. Alternatively, if the process is completed and approved, you may have the option to download reports that provide a comprehensive overview of onboarding progress.
