Log in to your Simplici account using your credentials.
Navigate to the onboarding flow section in your Simplici dashboard.
If you haven't already created an onboarding flow for “Sign Agreement”, set up a new one tailored to your requirements.
Click on "Configure" and choose between "DocuSign" and "Simplici Sign" as your preferred signing method. Add the required details and then publish it.
After the required flow is created, look for an option to “Invite” or you can also generate a QR code which can be shared with the customers.
If chosen ‘Invite’ then the next step is to input essential recipient details such as name, phone number, and email addresses in Cap Table. You also have the option to include additional fields as needed. You can either enter this information manually or upload a CSV file containing all the necessary data.
Next you will redirect to complete the payment and click the “Pay and Invite” button.
If you want to send a QR code to invite people, simply click on 'Generate QR' located next to the invite button. This is particularly useful if you don't have all the details of the people you want to send an invite to.
The next step will be to give this instance a distinctive name to differentiate it from multiple instances. This way, we can set up different groups of people for the same onboarding flow.
Next, you have the option to either download or print the QR code to share it with the people you'd like to invite. Alternatively, you can also copy the URL to share it with them.
After inviting all the recipients, keep an eye on the document's status to see when recipients open, view, and sign it.. SEE :18 (Getting Started: How can I track the status of a sent document?)
