Getting Started: How do I change my payment method?

  1. Log In to Simplici: Log in to your Simplici account using your credentials.

  2. Access Billing: Navigate to the billing on the navigation sidebar and click on it.

  3. Edit Payment Method: Click “Update” on payment method to add a new payment method.

  4. Provide New Payment Information: Enter the details of your new payment method, which may include credit card information, ACH account details, or any other accepted payment method.

  5. Save Changes: After entering the new payment information, make sure to save the changes. You can also set your primary payment method and delete your existing payment details. This will update your payment method for future transactions.
