You can delete any document that you have sent for the signing process only if the document is not signed or completed yet.
To delete, log in to your Simplici account and locate "Simplici Sign" on the navigation sidebar menu and click on it. Then click on “Sent” from the dropdown menu.
In the "Sent" section, you will find a list of documents that you have sent for signing.
Only if the process is not completed by the signer side, you will find an option 'Void' in the drop-down.
Click on ‘Void’, then provide a genuine reason for deleting the document.
This document will then no longer be valid, and any previous signatures or actions associated with it will be nullified. It will display ‘Document voided’ along with the reason provided by you at the user's end.
